Our Latest! The Sweetheart 6-Key Flute
Adapted from fine English flutes of the 1800's to be used for Irish performance or re-creation of Victorian-era classical music. Block-mounted nickle-silver keys (B-flat, C, G-sharp, F, long F, and D-sharp) are influenced by
Prowse, and Rudall & Rose; the bore and embouchure, similar to Boosey-Pratten, make it easy to play low D to high B with an excellent full tone throughout. From the lined head joint and tuning slide to the finely crafted rosewood and comfortable keywork, this is an instrument any flutist would delight in. An exquisite velvet-lined, solid walnut case by Harrison-Hurtz is specially designed for this flute.....
